I found out that I was pregnant about two weeks later. But there was a mistake. As it turned out the
hospital had made a mistake. There was another woman being tested at the same time as me. They told
her she could not have a baby and that she was very sick. Then they realized that the test were mixed up
and told me I was pregnant. A doctor came into my room and explained. They had misread the names
on the tests. Unfortunately, she was ill and died a short time later from cancer.
My message to today’s young people is difficult. They are living in a different world. I don’t think they can
identify with what we went through. I would tell them how the rules were abused. There are so many
little things.
You don’t want to forget when you have gone through what we went through.
What gives you life; is your soul.
