This is an essential place to start. You can: Request copies of your official military service records.
Replace your lost medals and awards. Obtain copies of your official military medical and health records.

Veterans Administration:

If you are an active duty or reserve soldier, or a Veteran, I encourage you to go online to become familiar
with the services offered by the Veterans Administration Medical System.

The National Resource Directory (NRD) is a website that connects wounded warriors, Service Members,
Veterans, their families, and caregivers to programs and services that support them. It provides access to
services and resources at the national, state and local levels to support recovery, rehabilitation, and
community reintegration.
