I entered the U.S. Army at the height of the Vietnam
War. After a series of events, I decided to make the
Army my career. I proudly served eight years in combat
service support assignments as an enlisted soldier and
nearly fourteen years as a Logistics Warrant Officer.

Army Values and The Soldier’s Creed would become my
foundation for the next twenty-two years and beyond.
My pledge to support and defend was/is profound.

During my twenty-two-year Army career, my military
assignments exposed me to interesting people, afforded
me the opportunity to travel the world, and experience
               numerous cultures.
