Seven U.S. Marines were killed and at least seven wounded when a mortar exploded during a live-fire
training exercise overnight at an Army munitions depot in the Nevada desert, military officials told NBC
News.

The Marines were part of the 2nd Marine Division, a ground combat force based at Camp Lejeune, N.C.

No stitches, no scars, no burns, no observable wounds.

I contend that all those Marines including those that were not “physically wounded” were at war by
training for war.

For those lost: How do you explain to the families the commitment of their Marine?

For those wounded: Will our nation provide life-long health care?
