Once you are on the Government Printing Office webpage for Federal Digital System, you can “search”
any topic of interest.
I entered foreign aid in the Search Government Publications box and thousands of documents were
displayed.
I randomly selected the two you see on the following pages.
I became extremely upset when I read the information in the two documents.
I increased the font size; underlined and used italics to highlight some of the information. I also broke my
own rule (the only time in over 44,000 words) by using BOLDING to express my complete shock!
When do you see what I bolded if you do not scream, jump up and down and think WHAT? Then I do not
know how to help you. It (the bolded part) is an outrage.
