I’m Kenneth Ray Gilliam, I was born January 19, 1936,
to Mr. Earl Gilliam and Bessie Stamper. I was born and
raised in Benham, Kentucky.

We lived in one of the International Harvester houses
for four years. We moved to a little place called
Clutts on 200 acres of land. At the age of nine, I
drove the tractor, plowed the garden. We had horses,
cows, chickens, pigs, and one goat named “Billy”. I
helped take care of the farm animals.
