Each year - every year of high school - will include a class titled:

It’s Your Baby - It’s Your Responsibility

The boys and girls (oh, wow; I called them boys and girls: Because they are!) will learn that they are the
responsible party and that no government assistance will be available. Hard talk, hard lessons in what it
will mean to bring a baby into this world without the ability to care for it.

BABIES SHOULD NOT HAVE BABIES

Now, let’s get back to the student minus the babies.

Parents will be expected to keep their children in school. Parental involvement will be expected, and
penalties will be imposed on the parents of any child that does not go to class. Zero tolerance. Zero
excuses.

I lived in inner cities and was a teacher in that environment up to and including at the college level.

It can be done! Kids can get up every day and go to school. EXPECT IT. You never know - it just might
happen! I am living proof.

Think! Can you imagine a nation with not a single citizen with less than a high school education?
Imagine parents actually being capable of assisting with their children’s homework because they are high
school graduates! I see endless possibilities – can you?

I have a few thoughts, plans, and alternatives, for those currently on any government assistance program:

You accept assistance; you reimburse.

We the government will:

Assist you with a helping hand.

We will not give you a hand-out.

With a mandatory and meaningful high school diploma in hand, any American desiring to attend college
or a trade school should be provided financial assistance to do so.
